Ugh today i woke up SO late: 11am..now my foods all messed up?!

Ugh today i woke up SO late: 11am..now my foods all messed up?
last night i ate a HUGE bowl of different cereals at like 10pm then went to sleep right away, i know..BAD.
usually i eat at 7am then snack(fruit or a veggie) at 9 or 10am & lunch at 12pm etc..
& all that BUT
Today I woke up at 11..and now im lost, and i supposed to eat all those calories i usually have eaten by 11 or just stand as if its breakfast? I'm going to go to sleep at the same time today..10pm [not eating late of coarse, last thing i'll eat is a healthy snack(fruit) around 7:15pm..]
So i drank a cup of coffee at 11:15 and 1/2 a banana
and at 12:45 I had 1/2 cup quick oats [150calories]
and a big apple.
i plan to go to the gym 2pm-3:30pm.
then eat a mango at 3:45pm
4pm..a Garlic portabella[meat substitute--100calories] and a slice of whole wheat bread[80calories]
some tomato, lettuce, ketchup and mustard and a lime with salt on the side
6pm-20 baby carrots and a slice of whole wheat bread[80calories] 1 TSP peanut butter [32calories] and 1 cup of silk soy milk
7-baby carrots

TIPS/ADVICE/anything i should eliminate or change or add????

by the way, I'm 14 and a half years old, vegetarian, 5"3, 127lbs..

i really dont think ur foods mest up cus ur keeping track with ur food and eating a good amout of calorise
