Question: Is this a good routine to get abs!?
i walk 1 mile to school in the morning 5 times a day and then i go to a boxing gym in the afternon and then at every night i do All these abs workout at 1 round
20 basic crounches
40 rt!. oblique crunch
40 Alternating curls
20-40 toe touches
20-Lef raises
40- Bicycle Crunch
and then i do sum things on my boflex

Its a very good ab routine, but make sure you have a low body fat percentage!. No matter how hard you work your stomach, you won't see your abs, if you have a layer of fat over them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess you should keep up your good work and stay away from oily food and starch!.!. The thing is you should burn fat on your abdominal part to let them show and i suggest you to add swimming or running into your daily routine!.
