everything that people have already said are good ideas!. i used to be in gymnastics for 7 yrs and thats a lot of working out and id suggest putting something pillowy or something with that foamy stuff they put in stress relief balls between your legs a little above your knees and squeeze it as tight as you can 30 times everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
