How much can you bench press using dumb bells?!
Question: How much can you bench press using dumb bells!?
Answers:
I'm 36 and am currently losing weight but sitting at 220 pounds as of this week (good thing I could care less about numbers to post them on here)!. Not sure if you're looking for a man's answer only, but for me, while I can bench press considerably more with a bar, I can safely workout with 50 pounds on each hand!. I do not prefer to do dumbbells as I hate getting them started on my thighs!. Still, I find the motion and muscle recruitment extremely similar and since I have little weakness on either side, I prefer the single bar!. My goal is to bench my weight and if I continue to drop, that won't be too far away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It depends on how strong you are!. The thing about dumb bells is that you can get more extension and work the muscle deeper and add more versatilityWww@Answer-Health@Com
