1!.crunches!!! You can do them regular, with one leg up on your knee and then crunch to the side to work your side muscles!.
2!. Bike position with no hands behind your back!. Legs straight in the air and make the pedaling movements!. Without hands to support your hips you abs have to keep you body pulled up!.

well you do not need a machine to gain strength just do weighted sit up!. Hold a weight on your chest and do as many sit ups or crunches as you can, easy and its the best way possible my friend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
their are no machine that work good for build the ab muscle except a pull up bar to do hanging leg raises!. for mat exercises crunches and situps work good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
