What kinds of exercises should i do for a 13 year old?!
Question: What kinds of exercises should i do for a 13 year old!?
I'm a 13 year old, 230 pound male looking to lose some weight for the summer!. My family has registered at Lifetime fitness and I have been going about 4 days a week for about 3 hours of non-stop excersise!.
I've been running on treadmills, elipticals, those stationary bikes and stairmaster once in a while!. Are mostly cardio workouts good for a guy of my size!? should i keep doing these or do something else!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio is good!. This is what I do:
30 Push-Ups
30 Sit-Ups
(six sets)
I run suicides up my drive way, which is a little over 100 yards long, stopping every 15 yards
I then sprint up my driveway and back
After this, I swim 35 laps in my pool(across the pool 70 times)!. My pool is about 15 yards long, and do not rest at all during the lapsWww@Answer-Health@Com
