How much??

How much weight could I lose in 5 weeks? And what is the best plan to do it with? I am aiming for 15 pounds. Is that possible? And what is a really good diet plan? Help?!?

i was told to make sure my intake on calories each day is less 250 calories than what i should be taking in, and burn at least 400 cals a day and you will lose 2-3 lbs a week x 5, which is 10-15 lbs! which is healthy and very doable.

just make sure you count all your calories. there are calorie counters online, and you can plug in your food intake and it will count it for you, and if you usually take in 1800 calories, then take in 1500 cal a day and burn 400-500 cal a day doing some sort of exercise and you will lose. i promise and its not that terrible. i've been doing this. 1600 cal a day for me, and i burn 400 4 x a week. so far so good. :) good luck
and not to mention you will be toning so you will look even better for it, then NOT exercising. :) remember, 3500 calories equals a lb! so that goes for calories IN and calories OUT. :) best of luck to you!
