Can I cardio train everyday, and lift every other day ?!
Question:
Can I cardio train everyday, and lift every other day ?
Im confused. Im trying to lose 40 pounds of fat and build LEAN muscle (not bulk) to tone my body meanwhile so I dont end up flabby or loose.
I have been weight training (low weight and many reps) for about 30 minutes every day (6 days a week), mostly my legs and butt and triceps, along with a split cardio session (30 minutes to an hour the first time, and 20 minutes the last time)
But I have learned that it's better to weight train every other day. My question is, can I still cardio train every day even on the day I lift since my main focus is overall fat loss?
for the record, i am eating a very healthy diet of no more than 1500 calories, lots of fruits and vegetables and lean protein, fat free yogurt, fiber and im drinking 2 liters of water a day.
serious responses only please. Answers of "i dont know" or other spam will be reported as abuse.
thanks
Answers:
you can weight train daily, and try a little heavier and lower reps, i know the myth, big bulk, not true, muscle is muscle, the more muscle, the more energy your body needs,= to more fat loss if you keep to your healthy eating habits.
