What do i eat with LETTUCE?!
Question: What do i eat with LETTUCE!?
i wanna lose some weight, so as a snack sometimes i eat lettuce with ham!. I don't wanna continue because the ham i eat is pretty unhealthy, so what else can i eat lettuce with!? I plan to eat more celery and lettuce so i need some healthy things to eat celery/lettuce with!.!.!.

Add some meat and low-cal salad dressing (I use Salad Spritzers) and have a salad!. Also look for some healthy lunchmeats!. There is low-fat ham, turkey, chicken breast, etc!. Buy some Romaine luttuce, fat-free mayo, and low-fat (or non-fat) cheese and make rolls-ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try some tomatoes, cucumbers, and maybe some grilled chicken with a light dressing I like the wishbone dressing that's in a little spray bottle, and it's one calorie for spray, it's really good my favorite is the balsamic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can make you own salad dressing and add low fat peanuts and or sunflower seeds

also buy some wheat bread and make a sandwich
