Slimming world.... I'm stuck!?!
Question: Slimming world!.!.!.!. I'm stuck!!?
I've been doing slimming world since January and I now seem to be stuck at one weight! Is there anything I can do to speed up the process coz it's starting to really get me down that I've stopped losing weight! Thanks in advance!!

The first thing I would advise is to contact your Slimming World group consultant!. He/she should be a wealth of information and will be able to advise!. We are lucky as our group has a really brilliant consultant and she was one of the top 10 in the country recently!!!
Secondly, whenever we get stuck, we are always advised to compile a food diary and hand it over to the consultant!. She then goes through it and lets us know where we might be going wrong!.
The slimming world website is also a good place to look!. If you have not already done so, register and get the group password from your consultant!.
Use your superfree foods - there is a list of these in your book where your weight is recorded!. They are mainly fruits, especially summer fruits like strawberries, raspberries, melon etc!.
Finally, don't give up!!! I often reach a plateau and, after a quick word with my consultant, get myself back on track again!

Have you thought about their body magic scheme, it gave me a real boost when i felt like i was stuck in a rut!.

you could ask your weight advisor to change diets for you, just doing a differnt diet can make a difference!.
I used to go to a slimming club and lost 5 stone, then I seemed to be at a stand still, they put me on another diet and I lost 5lb in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut down on portion sizes, eat 2 less sins a day, take more regular fat burning exercise (cardiovascular) have less red meat and more chicken and turkey as these are known as fast foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Look at your portion size, I know SW say you can eat as much as you want on free foods but they still have calories!. Change your B choices for something different too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you had some very good advice previously!. My only advice would be to cut down the amount of points you are using for 1 week and eat more ss or ff foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
