a bagel :( an apple, a soy joy bar, and a veggie sub (also a small square of dark chocolate) i've had 2 glasses of water and played 30 minutes of tennis and also gone on a walk
how am i doing today?i feel bad about the bagel :(

You seem to be doing well. Don't feel horrible about the bagel, you need some carbs. I would also get some protein in for dinner. Maybe some chicken or fish.
