Rowing Machine?!
Question: Rowing Machine!?
Iv been on the "Slimming World" diet for a 2 weeks, and starting from 2day im goin 2 be doing 30mins of exercise on my rowing machine every day, will i see more of a difference in my weight/body shape!?

Yes they are fantastic machines because they work on every muscle and I oftenn find that I can sometimes spend ages on one and they burn loads of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A rowing machine is very good for burning calories and weight loss, BUT not really much good for building muscles
You dont need big heavy weights, just so it makes know there is something to lift (lots of women say I dont want a muscle, you need muscles just to stay alive, there is nothing wrong with a toned body)
A set of light weights can help, just do more repitition, and if you think you can lift more, get another heavier set (or join a gym)
But its not just arms and legs, its a whole body thing, a good toned body looks great and your clothes fit better AND most important you feel goodWww@Answer-Health@Com
