Question: How to stay up longer!?
How do I stay up at night!. I fall asleep way to early!. I want to know without eating or drinking anything!!! Don't reccomend sex!.

For in the future:
Start sleeping in late, and when I mean late, I mean 11, 12 or even 1pm!. or take a long nap, like 3 or 4 hours long!. If you don't think people can do this, you can confirm it with my husband, because I can!.
I used to be able to sleep all morning and stay up until 2 or 3 am!.
Don't it anymore, since I have two kids and a job!.
AND from past experience, I can change my sleeping habits within a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds fun, but bad call!.
Many things happen to your body while you sleep, and one very important thing is that your body repairs your stomach lining as you rest!.
Save yourself a heap of misery later on!. Get good rest at night!.

i am going to share one of my stories with it and take from it whatever advice you wish!.
I was about to climb into bed and my friend texted me that we had to go bowling for our class trip and that it was final (i had already gone bowling like a trillion times and we were all supposed to get a say in the matter but we didn't) so i totally freaked out and got a HUGE rush of energy!. I was jumping around and really felt like digging a hole in the ground (strange i no) or running around the neighborhood in my pjs!.
Basically just get yourself all worked up or stressed about something for a little bit and the energy lasts a while!. you could also think like OMG i have so much work to do tomorrow and how am i gonna finnish it etc!.!.!. just do somethign to get your blood pressure upWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's just natural for your body to want to shut down after working all day!. Caffeine and other stimulants are the easiest way to resist your body's natural reaction to lethargy!. So just drink a Monster!. Yes, they're really unhealthy for you, but so is not going to sleep, so!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Turn on the tv, watch a movie, talk to friends on the phone, go to a late movie or dinner, etc!.!. Just don't prepare urself for bed as soon as u get home!.!.!.Leave ur clothes on for a little while and chill out!.!.!.!.U need ur sleep thoughWww@Answer-Health@Com

-Watch TV and make sure you don't nod off
-Go on the computer and browse the Internet
-If you have someone to stay up with then play games with them!
