Help Body Issues??!
Question: Help Body Issues!?!?
So I use to be a really tiny girl (I was 5'7 and 110lbs) but as I have gotten a little older and have gotten into basketball, volleyball, and swimming I seem to be getting heavier (5'9 and 130)!. I can't understand why!. I know I have gained muscle in my legs and arms but it doesn't look good!. I feel like I look so big now and I kinda want to go back to looking skinny but I don't know how!. according to the numbers you seem to be more proportionate then me, lol
i am 5 feet flat!!! (a lot shorter then you) and i have weighed anywhere from 125-135 in the last 4 years or so!. I have played almost every sport known to man at some point in my life so i've always had an athletic build!. i know alot of the weight is muscle mass!.
I am now the captain of my dance team in college and trust i get no complaints from the fellas!. i believe i have a beautiful shape and i think it fits me!. i never have been skinny so i dont aspire to be!. i dress the body i have today and work out to make sure the important parts are toned (legs & arms mostly)
i've had days where i didnt want to show my legs because they are so big (I'm working on track star legs!) but i had to realize there is nothing wrong with it!. it looks a lot better then if they were just fat and sloppy or out of shape!. to my suprise ppl compliment me on my legs alot and i'm glad i am comfortable in my own skin
