When and how much should I exercise?!


Question:

When and how much should I exercise?

Im 6'0 170 lbs. Im healty but dont feel well a lot of the time. I lost 30 pounds playing DDR 4 years ago and I remember I felt my best when I lost all that weight. So what kinda exercise should I do. I dont wanna lose a bunch of weight again except like 10 pounds. I know cardio is the best but how much, how often and when in the day is the best time to do it?

It is recommended for everyone to do one hour of aerobic exercise a day everyday to remain fit.
