Help I need a good diet!?!

Question:

Help I need a good diet!?

I am trying to be healthy and I am having a hard time. I don't like veggies or fruit. I do love salads but I don't need to eat them that much. See I don't have a colon so I don't need a lot of fiber... oh yeah another reason I don't eat a lot things too is that I don't like the texture of the food... my eating habits drive me crazy

You don't have a colon?!

Anyways, my reccomendation is to increase protein to lose weight. It will keep you feeling more full, and since you're colon-less you're less likely to expirience the problems most people do on high-protein diets. Lean chicken and other meats combined with fresh or steamed fruits and veggies (just eat the ones you like I guess, beans and corn are good together) and olive oil as your main source of fat will keep you feeling fuller and help you eat less in the end. Have you considered the south beach diet? Its a good healthy and very filling diet, the only thing that may not work for you is that you have to have lots of veggies and fruits on it. I suppose you could just have a garden salad instead though (its half your plate). Good luck finding the right diet.

Oh, and don't forget exercise! Start with just half a mile a day every day and very slowly build your way up. Aim to be running five miles a day five months from now. You'll see a faster and faster rate of results if you do this. Good luck getting fit!
