Question: Help! How long do I need to exercise per day to lose weight!?
I've started cutting my portions at meal times, but I just don't know where to begin with exercise!. I have an elliptical and exercise bike, and I have 3 lb!. weights!. How long should I use my elliptical and exercise bike, should I use both, or just one of them and how many times per week!? My goal is to lose about 16 lbs!. by August 5!.!.!.which is approx!. 2 lbs!. per week to lose!. Thanks for the help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use both of them - that's called cross training!. Plus, that way you won't get bored with one or the other!. You should use them for 20-30 minutes per day, optimally 5 days a week!. And if you throw in some strength training about three days per week you will see quicker results!. The 3lb weights are probably not heavy enough for most exercises, but try curls, squats, chest press, reverse curls, bench rows!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
