Would i lose weight on this diet??!
Question: Would i lose weight on this diet!?!?
breakfast - 2 egg whites and a pack of oatmeal (oatmeal - 160 calories)brunch- fruit
lunch - Sandwhich with some type of meat, lettuce, mustard, and a peice of cheese (maybe light mayo if any)
dinner- varies, maybe some kind of noodles!? veggies on the side!.
and snack could be fruit or rice cakes or granola bars

and what kind of excercise should i do!?

thats about 1,500- 2,000 calories which is what you should already be eating normally!.
the excircises you should do is alot of ab work, cardio, running, jumping jacks, jump robing etc!. anything that makes you break a sweat is perfect!.
your meals seem good but try going for something lighter/ less fatty than a sandwhich like a salad or something
