Answers:
I'm not familiar with the specific menu, but here are some guidelines:
Salad is great as long as you don't add (and it does NOT come with) mayo, dressing, lots of cheese or bacon or oil!.
I'm not much of a salad person so I can't tell you which dressings are or are not healthy!. AVOID high calorie!. Google calorie counter to get websites that list calories of different food/dressings!.
In General:
Good things: Chicken, turkey, fish or tuna instead of beef!. Fruits, vegetables, whole wheat breads, water or low-fat milk!.
Bad Things: SODA! (don't get a soda with your dinner), deep fried anything, highfat dressings, large amounts of beef!.
google "applebee's nutrition information" and see what you get!. Look for low calories and low saturated fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
