I want a flat stomach?
yea i know, its unhealthy to lose so much wait in so little time!
but im goin on hols nxt week n im desperate 4 a flat stomach so i can look gd in ma bikini lol
im still in secondary skwl so i have no time to jog in the mornin or whatever
any ideas?
im desperate
i walk 2 miles ever day ( thats to and from school) and i walk a lot in skool but notin seems 2 be workin

i walk 2 skwl n back- 1 mile there which takes me bout half hr ;)
Answers:
walking is not going to help you lose weight unless it is a brisk walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Most important is your diet. Eat lots of protein like chicken and fish Stay away from fatty meats like pork and steak. Eat less carbs..(pasta, rice, bread) Eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water...and eat about 5 or 6 little meals instead of 3 big meals. The only thing that I feel can help flatten your stomach is jogging. And trust me you have 30 minutes out of your day to jog...I work all day and have 2 small children and i go to the gym at least an hour a day. ...you just have to make the time good luck
PS I understand you walk to school and back but if you are not breaking a sweat you are not walking fast enough and im sure you dont want to be all sweaty at school...now maybe the walk back!
