Healthy lunch ideas?!
Question: Healthy lunch ideas!?
I work Monday thru Friday, and I have been eating a lot of fast food!. Occasionally, I'll take my lunch to work but I'm looking for some healthy lunch/snack ideas for the work week!. I do love fruit, so I'm always up for new fruit ideas!.

Tuna cups (packaged in water)
whole grain crackers (try with laughing cow cheese - 35 calorie a wedge and it's also really good)
soup (Progresso has a line of 0 weight watcher point soups)
You can buy pre grilled chicken strips by Tyson (by the packaged meat in the deli) they are really good on salads and make it more filling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you like fish!? Tuna or salmon salad on a bagel is great!. Apple, orange, banana, and fresh veggies like cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, snap peas, tiny bits of broccoli and cauliflour with a great ranch dressing are a great choice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i think for lunch you can eat a salad with low fat dressing,a healthy sand witch with ham and lettuce,snack an apples,banana,pears,and maby a yogurtWww@Answer-Health@Com
well you could always make cous cous!. its cheap and easy to make and REAAALLLY HEALTHY and you can put whatever vegetables in you like!. I ususaly make it with:
red peppers
onions
courgettes
feta cheese
its really yummy too!

Well, you should eat a salad or eat Subway then a bunch of fruit after!. (Ex: apples, bananas, grapes, watermelon, etc!.) I hoped I helped! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Supermarkets sell wee fruit things like you get all different slices with dips!.
You could make sandwiches(or buy them) with salad or buy nice wraps out of shops or you could have soup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make extra food for dinner and portion that off into some zip lock containers to heat up for lunch the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
