What time of day are you eating, and what are you eating?
If it is a healthy, balanced diet, then you are eating small amounts of food 5-6 times a day, so you are not over doing it, right? Off hand, I'd guess too much bread,rice, pasta,
potatoes or cereal. You might need more fresh veggies and fruit, and a little protein with each meal. (Assuming 2 snacks and 3 meals.)
