Question:

How do I get a flat stomach for in two weeks?

I'm going on vacation in two weeks and I'm not happy with my body. Does anyone know any exercises that I can do because I'm not keen on crash dieting. I'm open to any good food to eat to speed up the process. Any suggestions welcome. :)

Sit ups or crunches will help. I find tightening my stomach muscles and holding it for a count of 10, helps. I try to do 10 reps as often as possible. Diet is good. 2 servings of nonfat or very lowfat dairy, 3 servings of veggies, 2 servings of fruit, 2 servings of bread/cereal/rice/pasta or potatoes, 2 servings of about 3-4 oz of meat and fish. A little salad dressing or olive oil in the prep of the meat or fish, and you've got the bases covered. No dessert, sodas, even diet ones, and no
alcohol, and you should be in great shape for vacation.
