Yes, lots of water!.
Eat every 2,3 hours!. Don't starve!. Eat a little protein, fat & carbs at each meal!. Sandwich, bagel & chees, milk & cereal!.

Top advice from the Guys above, but if you still need a bit of help try Enliten Feel Full Powder (available through Kleeneze Reps)!. It does exactly what it says on the tin - you mix it with juice and drink it, basically it's just starch and flour - bit yuk but 2 gulps before or after a meal (or in place of a snack as it's only 75 cals) and you'll be waving away the cake like Vicky Beckham! Good luck xWww@Answer-Health@Com
You should naturally stop feeling 'hungry' within a week or so of doing the diet!. Stick it out, yoiur body will get used to you telling it how much and when you eat, rather than it telling you! :) Stay Healthy and stick it out!.
