What should I eat?

Im trying to lose this gut that i have and ive been doing abs and working out for the past two days. but ive sill been eating what i usually eat.. uhmm.. what should be a good meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner? feel free to share any recipes too. [=


Answers:

oatmeal or bran flakes for breakfast
low fat yogurt w/ fruit for lunch
veggies and chicken or fish for dinner
snack on fruits, veggies , herbal teas
drink lots of bottled water
