How do I get rid of the "jellly belly" from having five kids?

Since its not technically fat its more like loose skin. I want it to go away!!!!!

I forgot to mention that I have had these 5 kids in 6 years time and the last time I was prego it was with twins. I have alot of extra skin on my belly!
