Good way to start is diet. Quit carbs like breads, rice, etc. Replace the potatoes with mashed cauliflower w garlic and Mrs Dash. No sweets, lean meats and proteins.
Exercise is obviously key. Lots of cardio, but a well-rounded workout will get you results from head to toe. Crunches on a ab-ball, the ab roller devices are ok, but cardio, well-rounded workout and stay away from the diet pills. Best of luck!
