I need your opinions..?!


Question:

I need your opinions..?

I'm 14 and a half years old, vegetarian, girl, 5"3 and 127lbs.
You see I'm trying to get down to 115lbs..I lost like 22 ounds in 3 months and EVERYONE notices and tells me I look great, etc etc..and i feel SO much better!, I lost the weight by going to the gym for an hour& a half 3-6 times a week and eating healthier..
but my family was taking about me how that if i loose more weight i'll look toooo skinny and bony and ugly.. it got to me and made me feel bad cause i still want to loose 15more pounds but i don't want ppl to think im ugly and sticky..and on the BMI calculators and stuff it says that i'd be healthy and not below average at 110-115..
but idk lately i PIG OUT of peanut butter and whole wheat bread [like 4 sandwiches!] and i still don't gain more than 1 pound but since i still work out,i loose it and its GREAT cause i don't really limit my food that much..i eat what i want for the most part..but i know i can cut back on fatty stuff like nuts,avocados,pineapples,banan...

but what i need help on is should i continue to loose the weight that i origianlly wanted to loose or jsut stop here? i want to loose weight but im scared of how im going to look even though i kinda do like that bones&skin look...

i also pig out on sugar cereals with chocolate soy milk yummmm lol!


Answers:

Don't lose any more weight, your weight is fine. A lot of young girls your age want to slim down and take it to extremes. Not a good idea to lose any more weight. Your weight was fine where it was originally actually but if you felt you needed to lose weight then ok, but don't lose anymore than from your current weight.
