How Do I lose major weight?

The same way you lose any weight....diet and exercise. Set small goals. If you start out by saying "I need to lose 50 lbs." (whatever you need to lose all together) it seems overwhelming and that makes it very hard to stick to a diet and exercise program. Try a goal of 15 lbs. When you get there you will have accomplished your goal! Then you can set another--even another 15 lbs. Just keep it up like that.
Try eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 bigger ones. 6 small meals will keep your blood sugar stable and you won't get so hungry and then you won't overeat. Exercise---even if you just get out and walk BRISKLY (I don't mean stroll--put your butt into it) for 1 hour EVERY day...that will help you lose. Once you lose some weight, you can increase your activity and add some weights to your workout.
It's not easy. If it were, then everyone would be thin and healthy.
