it depends on your daily intake.. let say 30 grams you are getting 110 calories 1 g of fat and 3 g of carbohydrate which is ok.. plus 25 g of protein that is really important that's what you are looking for if you are drinking this... i exercise 6 times per week and a protein shake is my dinner... i have drop a few pounds with it so try it .....it works 100%!!!
