ok today i had cereal all bran with milk, and and apple,
i had one slice of cake for snack, for dinner i had a tuna sandwich 2 pecise of corn and one pice of chicken with mil a plum and an apple 30minutes lator should i be eatin more is that good for a 175 pound 5'9 inch male age 20 yearsold

First of all, you are right on the verge of being overweight. A guy who is 5'9" should weigh about 160 lbs.

You started out ok this morning with the All Bran and apple. But cake for a snack? Where was your lunch? Dinner and tuna sandwich and 2 PIECES of corn and then a PIECE of chicken. You needed green vegetables with that, too. The fruit is fine. No, you didn't eat right or eat enough of the right things. Breakfast--fine. Lunch, you should have had the tuna sandwich then and some kind of vegetable--at least lettuce and tomato on your sandwich with fruit for dessert. Dinner---a piece of chicken, vegetables (corn is ok once in a while but it's really not that good because we don't digest it) or a salad and maybe a baked potato or brown rice. And you can always have more fruit. Cake cannot be a substitute for a meal. You can't say, "I'll eat a piece of cake and I just won't eat again until dinner." That's bad. The sugar will make you hungrier and you'll overeat at your next meal or you'll snack on something else that's bad for you. I don't know if you drink sodas, but those as bad for you, too.
