Calorie and Questions?
Lets say i ahve not worked out at all today how many calories can i comsume with out gaining weight? Im 16 years old, im a lil but over 6 foot and i weight about 230 pounds. how many can i consume without gaining weight. if i consume lesss then that will i loss weight :S :S ??

What your body consumes and someone else who looks exactly like you won't be the same. However, considering your age and weight I would guess you naturally burn 2500-3000 calories per day to maintain your 230 pound frame. To lose a pound (3500 calories) per week you need to cut 500 calories a day from your diet or add 500 calories of aerobic exercise. So, it would probably take you 30 weeks to get down to a more reasonable weight of 200 pounds, unless you forgot to mention you bench 250 pounds and squat 400 pounds.
