Which exercise is the fastest for a women to get a six pack or a flat toned stom!

Question:

Which exercise is the fastest for a women to get a six pack or a flat toned stomach?

Answers:

Well, if you are already lean then you need to work all of your ab muscle to get the desired effect. Of course, none of this will work if you have any fat on your belly. If you do then you have to do cardio to get rid of the fat, otherwise you will just build muscle underneath of it and it won't ever show through. You need to work your upper, lower, and side abdominal muscles. What I find works best is the basic ab machine at the gym. Do 3 sets of 30 to star. Thats 3 set of 30 per muscle group, so crunches, side crunches on both sides, and leg lifts. Make sure you are flexing every rep. Alot of women make this mistake. The machines can trick you into thinking you are working out, but you generally actually have to consciously flex. When that stops burning, add 5 reps to every set. So in say 2 weeks you can probably go to 3 sets of 35 per muscle group. This will make your stomach look fabulous, but only if you are otherwise fit. Once you max out with those excersizes, about 40 reps per set, and aren't feeling as much burn, you should move to weights. Thats a whole other ballgame though and shouldn't need to be addressed for a few months. Don't expect immediate results and get discouraged. It takes time to develop these muscles. Give it about 6 to 8 weeks. And remember to eat protein after you workout to help build those muscles. Not doing so mightnot hurt you, you will still look toned, but to actually build six pack abs that stick out, you need a littl eextra protein in your diet. Hope this is helpful!
