How can you get defined...?
Arms?, I work out with a good routine for my arms and the are some what defined but not as much as I would like. I have a balanced diet, I swim and run. I also lift weights and I'm very toned and defined except for my arms. They're big, hard, and semi-defined but there isn't any veins popp'n out.....What can you do to defined your arms were you get that strong vein look?
