You really shouldn't eat late at night but if you can't resist I would suggest some fresh veggies such as cucumber or celery sticks because chances are you aren't really hungry but rather bored and wanting to munch. Whatever you eat at night doesn't get burned as fuel because you aren't really doing much while you sleep. I would stay away from fruit, anything with fats, and proteins because like I said they don't really get burned like they would during the day.
