Hey, I am a 21 yr old female , 5'5" and i weigh 113 . i just recently lost alot of weight . I work out 5 days a week. If i burn 200- 300 calories per session how many calories do i need to maintain my weight. also what if i burn more such as today I did interval training on the elliptical. for 35 minutes . the machine says i burned about 400-430 but i know it must be a bit less. so how many calories do i need to maintain cus today i ate 2000 and was wondering that is too much. thanx for your answers.

To maintain a weight of 113, you are going to want to stick to about 1500 cals a day, even if you are exercising some of your calories away. Watch the scale closely (weigh every day) and as soon as you see a 5 pound gain, cut back your daily calories.
