Started doing sit ups, now my stomach is bulging?
I started doing sit ups recently. I've been doing 100 of them a day, and now I've noticed my stomach has started to bulge, instead of building abs or anything. What's happening and how can I help it?

Don't worry - the bulging IS the abs. Your abs are hidden under the layer of fat that covers the torso area, so in reality you are gaining muscle but not doing enough to lose that top layer of flab.
I'd suggest up-ing your cardio.
Then you'll notice the result of your hard work, coz those abs underneath are gonna really show!
