Question: What are good weight loss and fittness programmes!?
hey!! im looking for good weight loss and fittness programmes, Iv tried running on the treadmill for 40 min everyday but when i run on the road i feel totaly dead just after 15 min!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lean meats such as chicken and turkey that is baked or grilled not fried
power bars with low sugar
bran buds(fiber helps with digestion and aids in weight loss)

low calorie soups

Salsa(speeds up metabolism and helps fight cravings)
egg whites (limit yolks)
whole grain or whole wheat bread and brown rice(NO WHITE!)
Make sure you are drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day !
this is key to your weight loss!. It sounds like a lot but it really isnt!. Mix water with crystal light if you need some flavor
Green tea also speeds up metabolism
dont eat past 7 at night
Drink 16 ounces of water as soon as you wake up in the morning this boosts energy and metbolism
As far as exercise goes do 1 hour of cardio a day 5 to 6 times a week!. This includes but is not limited to running, speed walking, swimming, elliptical!. Go to a gym and do resistance training 3 times a week or find some good list of exercises on the internet that can be done easily at home!. You CAN do it!. KEep telling yourself that!.
Also dont forget it is ok to indulge every once in a while!. Studies prove that every once in a while can be a boost to the metabolism!

Yeah I know how you feel!. Just doing cardio is boring and not very motivational!. Try doing slow workouts and high intensity cardio exercise for shorter amounts of time!.
