How much weight can I lose in 10 days?!
Question: How much weight can I lose in 10 days!?
We are leaving for the beach in 10 days!. I know that fad diets don't work!.!.!. but I'm down to the wire now!. Realistically how much can I lose in 10 days!? And what diet/exercise plan should I do!?
Keep in mind, I have 3 kids, so while going on walks/runs is doable!.!.!. going to the gym is not!.

The most healthy and realistically is about 2-3 lbs!.
It also depends on just how much you are over your ideal weight!. Usually people who need to loose 50+ lbs may loose up to 8 lbs!. a week for the first couple of weeks!. Then the weight loss tapers off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've heard that doing a colon cleanse will take 5-10 pounds off!. Now!.!.!. mind you that's what I've heard!. I plan on trying it next week when I start my diet!. Def take those walks/runs!.!.!. with/without the kids!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
