Do you like exercising and why?!


Question: Do you like exercising and why!?
I really enjoy it!. I exercise nearly 5 times a week for almost an hour!. I feel it gives me a lift and helps me to feel better!. What type of exercise do you do!? I mostly walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I do like the feeling afterwards but I don't like it during!
I hate aroebic exercise like jogging!. It makes me feel sick!. The only exercise I can do comfortably is lifting weights and doing sit ups!. I know that I'm unfit because of my reluctance to do cardiovascular exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I've just started (well 3 weeks now) going to the gym every morning before work and it makes me feel great and gives me a buzz for the rest of the day!.
I go for about 45 mins, 20 mins cardio and the rest weights, crunches and stretching!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to exercise too, I guess for the same reason, gives me a lift, helps me feel better!. My mood is better and I can release any stress and tension I am feeling!. I also like to walk!. I like to take really long walks with my dog!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I like to go on my exercise bike while i watch tv so i dont get bored!. i do 3 15min sessions about 4 times a week!. i normally do about 12 miles in a day :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I also exercise 5 times a week for an hour since I had a heart attack last year!. to me, it's like taking my daily meds!. It's like an exercise prescription!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah makes u feel good cause it releases endorphins in ur body!.!. but sometimes gruelling excercise isn't as good, but you feel good for it after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have lately been trying to run most everyday, it makes me feel more accomplished!. although yesterday i did skip!.!.i hope it doesn't keep up!=]Www@Answer-Health@Com
