How does a girl like me gain weight?!


Question: How does a girl like me gain weight!?
I'm a girl and i'm 5'0 at 75 lbs and I really really need to and want to gain weight!. Im very skinny and need some way to gain weight!. I've been trying to gain weight but it seems like nothing works!. I have a very high metabolism so it seems impossible for a girl like me to gain some weight!. get protein bars and shakes they are really tasty, don't listen to the jerks that say to eat all the junk food that won't do you no good it will just make you feel bad! eat normal portioned meals just add in the shakes and bars in between!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Before you run off and do something stupid, like following some of the advice previously posted, don't go looking for a quick fix, or even a specific weight!. Don't avoid excercise, for instance!. What you want is to be healthy and have a healthy weight!. Eat right, and exercise, and your body will naturally obtain your optimum weight; and you'll look and feel better!.
You can eat 3 large meals a day, as opposed to eating 4-5 smaller meals and snacking whenever you're hungry, and this will help slow your metabolism!. Seek a healthy life-style and the rest will follow!.
Don't seek medical advice on the internet unless you know where to look!. Since you're asking here, I suspect you don't!. ;) Talk to your doctor for advice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you seen your doctor!? If the weight loss has been quite rapid you could have diabetes or if you've always been thin you could have an over-active thyroid!.
If you've been to the doctor and you're perfectly healthy I would work on slowly increasing portion size!. Don't stuff yourself full of junk food in a desperate vie for fat! It will not only effect your physical health but your mental health and even the quality of your skin and hair!. Try to make homemade food as much as you can and leave room for pudding!
Another thing could be stress actually!. A couple of years ago I was 5"4 and 96lbs despite eating like a horse!. And I was always hungry! It turned out I was so stressed I was burning more than I could put in through nervous energy! Are you very stressed!?

well how old are you!? because when i was 12, 13 ish i was about that, and i was not un healthy i was just damn skinny, lol(my doctor said i was healthy)!. so if your really young dont worry you will fatten up!. but if your a bit older then yes go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe treasure that you have a high metabolism!? It gets really hard to lose weight once you are old!. Just eat what you feel like, for now!. You wouldn't want to create a eating disorder for yourself, would you!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't exercise besides walking, eat lots of meat, fried foods, candy, chocccccoolllaaaattte, lots of salty things like chips, and boxes of Little Debbie snack cakes, yumWww@Answer-Health@Com

Skip breakfast and eat bigger meals as it gets later in the day!.
