Imbarrasing problem!?!


Question: Imbarrasing problem!!?
We all do it, well some better than others!.!.going to the toilet, i cant go to the loo with out using laxatives, i know this isnt good, i drink litres of water a day, eat plenty of fruit and eat cereal so why am i having problems!?
My mum had lazy bowels too but surely i should be able to go, i feel really bloated when i havent gone for days thats when i have to take laxatives!.
I have thought about going to the doctors, im a healthy woman other than that!.

Okay, i've had over 15years of bowel problems, so severe, i've spent alot of my life in hospital!.!.!.Now,why i am saying this, is because you can end up with severe bowel problems, by just trying to find relief using laxatives!.!.However, they are okay to use sparingly!. It's a must if you're constipated to the point of exploding!. I know!
I need to point out to people who have really good diets, of fruits and grains and lots of water, to be aware, that too much of a good thing maybe contributing to your problems!?Especially people with constipation!.!.!.Why you ask!? Because, when bowels become irritated with laxatives, they do get sluggish and stretched, and the "Villi" that line your bowels become "flattened"!.!.You need a good healthy bowel to absorb and move such high fibre contents within it!.!.There are loads of gases/acids and chunks to digest and eliminate when eating good foods!.They're called high fibre foods for one simple reason!.!.They bulk up the bowel!! Usually,most people get good movements when eating heaps of these things, but if you have even a slighly abnormal bowel & digestive system, too much can create a back load of waste trying to get out!.!.Mainly because they take longer to digest and breakdown!.Which is why they should be eaten in smaller amounts if getting constipated!.!.!.
Having said all this, try having a few sips of a bubbly drink like Coke or Pepsi, as sometimes the gas pressure, helps push the contents along!.!.!.Let me know how you go!?
Try and eat less high fibre or, add more low fat dressings to salads!.!.!.!.The key is, to get more acid happening to help breakdown and digest your food!.!.Contrary to what we hear in the media about less acid more alkaline!.!.!.people with bloating and constipation, need some extra acids to ease the discomfort!.!.Trust me!.!.!.And, go easy on the laxatives, please, and take less not more!.!.Try changing your diet first okay!? eat a good balanced diet, not just fruit and water etc!. You also need a good amount of fibre, zinc (found in beef) iron!.!.!.!.dont eat too much refined sugar!. Take regular excersise!. Try not to take laxatives as its the laxatives that make the bowel lazy, nor excessive analgesia (painkillers) as they absorb the water from the bowel Try drinking hot tea on an empty stomach in the morning!. bowel problems are more commonly found to be hereditary, but luckily most are manageable now adays, so just go see your doctor and hell probably put you on to a dietition to test your bodies reaction to a different diet, if that fails theyll give you some sort of medication, but its more than likely just your body becoming accustomed to needing laxatives, so i know it would be hard but you should lay off them for a few days before you go to a doctors appointment!. just to be sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Plenty of fruits and vegetables can help with bowel movements!.!.not to mention water!. SO if you're covered on all that, hehe, there might be something else wrong!.

Vitamin C can cause diarrhea, I don't know if it's a laxative substitute, but then laxatives can't be very healthy can they!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Laxatives will only increase constipation if over used!. Try using fibre products, such as benefibre or psyllium husk!. Or maybe colonic irrigation, if you aint to shy bout it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
