Calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index)!. Which will calculate your body mass based on your height and weight!.
Take your body weight ( in pounds ) and multiply it be 703!. Then take your height in inches and square it!. Take the first number and divide it by the second!. For example, I'm 5'9 and I weigh 143!. So my BMI is 21!.1!. If you get a number less than 18!.5, you're underweight!. If it's under 16!.5, you're severly underweight!. Anything over 24!.5 is overweight!. And 18!.5 to 25 is normal!. But that's just a standard!. If you're too skinny, you're probably a little unhealthy and you can just notice that!. How much do you eat!? How much do you sleep!? How tired are you throughout the day!? If you don't eat a lot, and you're always tired and low on energy even if you sleep well!. Eat more!Www@Answer-Health@Com

measure your waist hips and chest!. also measure things like your biceps and thighs then look up what someone that you consider "thin" would wear (like what size) and look at the size chart and see if you have the same inches!. if you find out what you weigh you can look at body mass index charts, or height and weight charts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
