Question: How can I lose 5-10 inches off my waist!?!? FAST!!!?
Im 19 years old, im currently about 29in on my waist, and 38in on my hips!.!.!. but I want to be 22-25in on my waist!. Im 5'5 and i weight 146 pounds!. i exercise everyday, 100 crunches and walk a lil over 1 mile and 1/2 on the tredmill, burning a lil over 500 calories daily, i eat about 400 calories a day, and that includes LOTS of green tea, ( I was told it burns fat) and water, i dont eat NOTHING after 7:00pm during the day i eat 1 toast with 1 tablespoon of penutbutter or 2 eggs for breakfast, and about 10 carrots in between my breakfast and 7:00pm!. I would like to be about 125-130 pounds, in the LEAST time possible!.!.!. but it seems like my diet and exercise routine are working really slowly!. I have been doing this about about 4 days, and lost may be 3-4 pounds, and perhaps 1 inch off my waist!. but it feels like its not FAST ENOUGH! Any suggestions!?!?

Sorry, but you sounds like you have an eating disorder!. You need to see a doctor as soon as possible!. What you are doing is dangerous!.
Your weight and measurements are fine as they are!. In fact you sound quite fit and lean, so I don't know why the hell you are starving yourself as you will end up losing all your muscle mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'd say slow down a bit and eat more FOOD!
this may cause you to lose weight fast, but once you start
eating normally again, its gonna come back like crazy

your skinny enoph start eating more and then you will be able to exercise more cause you won't be tired!
