Bike riding up hill?!


Question: Bike riding up hill!?
Ok, so heres the thing!. I try and switch up my workouts every now and then and one of the things that I do like 2 to 3 times a week is bikeride!. I live in a development that has around 1 mile of pretty much uphill!. While Im on it most of the time I am off the seat(standing up while riding) and I was wondering if doing this could make your butt bigger!. I DONT WANT this!. I swear the top part of my butt(right below my lower back )is getting bigger and less toned!. It is really gross!. Could this be doing it!? I also run/speed walk, swim, or use the elliptical on the other days!. Please help if I am doing something wrong!. It's possible that your muscle mass in your buttocks is increasing so it make it larger, but you are also getting good cardiovascular exercise which will reduce your overall body fat!. I think you should keep it up!. It's better to have muscle than fat, it will make you tight, firm and toned!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
