If i do my workouts in the morning, will i be tired for the rest of the day?!


Question: If i do my workouts in the morning, will i be tired for the rest of the day!?
or is it better to do them in the evening!? i suppose it depends on the job you do during the day (i'll be sitting at a desk alll day)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I love to do my exercises in the mornings!.!.!.!.!.trust me, after you get used to getting up earlier, your body will actually feel more refreshed doing them first thing in the morning!. I do my workout in the evening because that's when I return home from work, but on my weekend I always do them in the morning, because once you wake up your insulin level is low and your glycogen level is low so is glucose in your blood, that way you are able to burn fat faster! Especially, if you are a person who eats white carbohydrates in your meals ( potatos,bread,pasta) or eat candy/chocolates as a snack!.
