Question: My friend who has hyper metabolism wants to get fatter!?
Hi my friend wants to get fatter!. But he says he has hyper metabolism!. Well im not sure what is hyper metabolism but he says even if he eats alot he doesnt get fat!. haha i just got jealous

But he says he wants to get fatter because he really is thin!. Any suggestions like food to eat or things to do to help him get fatter!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'll answer for both cases!.!.!.

Fatter: Carbs and lots of them!. Protein would be good too!. Beer and Potato Chips, Cold Pizza,(hope he is a bachelor because that's the bachelor life or a college student ha ha breakfast of champions, Beer and Cold Pizza) Here is the main thing for building fat, Don't do anything!. Sit and read, play video games(nothing active that would break a sweat), Watch TV or Movies while laying on the couch, Sleep a lot!.

Bulking Up: Eat Carbs and Protein!. Look into a good protein shake and or muscle builder!. Go to the gym and work out!. Exercise!. Do some cardio, running is good as it will keep him from putting on too much bulk!.

You could see about a supplement, like a protein powder perhaps!.!.!.you could likely get it from a health food store, but I'd ask your doctor about that!. I know there are special nutritional, high calorie/protein drinks that some in - patient facilities make you drink to gain mass!.

Tell him to try pick up some protein whey or similar bodybuilding supplement - drinking a protein shake with his meals should really increase his weight after just two weeks or so!.

This is assuming he's over 16 or so!? If he's a young teenager, he shouldn't try to mess with his body, or he'll end up getting bad reactions!. If this is the case, chances are when he gets a little older he'll fill out a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
