How do I lose 55lbs?!


Question: How do I lose 55lbs!?
Okay so I'm 5'7!.5 and I weigh like 180lbs! Gross I know!. I would really like to be about 130lbs!. So, I'm wondering what I should do exactly!. Obviously I know that I need to eat right and exercise, but can someone tell me how many days a week I should be exercising and what I should do, and give me a sensible eating plan!? to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals!.

Breakfast eat 3 egg whites or oatmeal and a fruit!.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil 1 teaspoon and a fruit!.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad / grilled or broil chicken breast with Mrs!. Dash on it and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit!.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed!.
Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day!.

Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out!.
Ride a treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and that should do it!. Make sure you do this through out the day not all at once!.

Workout at least 3-4 times a week!.


Try this for 6 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight!.

Can you afford to join a gym!? If so, I would recommend going to a good gym and getting tested!. Often they'll help you set up realistic goals for weight loss and help you to make sure you're exercising correctly to reduce the risk of injury!. They can also measure you and do body fat measurements so that you know what percentage of your weight is body fat and how much you need to lose to be in the average range!. They might also offer nutritional programs that you can attend!. 130 is a terribly low weight for someone who is almost 5'8"!. I'm 5'9" and I know that average weight for me would be 145!. You might want to rethink your goal and set up achievable goals over time!. You shouldn't be losing more than 1-2 pounds a week!. Doing all this will be much more effective than dieting, especially long-term!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well!. im 16 and im about 5'9 and i weigh more than you!. but wat i do is go to tha gym 4 times a week and when i dont to go tha gym, i go walking around my neigborhood!. and so far i have lost 7 pounds since june 10 and its june 20th!. so!. hopefully it works!. oh and make sure u drink water!. and diet!. eat healthy foods instead of doritos!. jus do an alternate to wat u normally eat!. try 100 calorie snacks!. they are goood!. and go to this website called fitday!.com !. and they will help you with tha process!. i hope i helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep up the workouts--do some one day and different--weights the nexr to get a better build not just a cardio workout to avoid a muscular build; try to get some healthy choice meals or something like this, they do work and stay off the sweets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you were 5'3" 130 lbs would be acceptable, dont become annerxic!.!.!.!.but eat good, 5 or 6 small healthy full of fiber and protien meals a day and then 60 minutes of exercise 5 or 6 days a weeks should get the ball rolling fastWww@Answer-Health@Com

Firstly you can lose as much weight as you want in a short time period, however, you will gain it back!. I am speaking from experience from someone who has been there done that with fad diets!. There is the obvious liposuction, however, the recovery time is 3
