what ever you do to lose weight do it healthily!. NO crash diets or anything un healthy or severe!. there are no long term results
Here is what i am doing I have lost 16 pounds since April 16th!.
DO eat lots of fiber, whole grains, fruit, veggies, lean meats (no beef or red meat) And drink lots of water
DONT eat enriched flour or rice!. Stay away from saturated fats, high fructose corn syrup, sugar and trans fat!.
Splurge once a week!. But get back on track!.
EXERCISE:
about 4 times a week if you're a begginer!. about 30 to 45 minutes of any type of cardio (running, walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, skating, machines like elliptical etc) and do very light weights for toning so you build muscle and burn more calories!.

It sorta kinda depends on where you live! If you live in a hot climate you're better off eating fruits and veggies and drinking plenty of water! That's not it though! If you really want to lose a lot of weight you have to be motivated meaning being able to make sacrifises! Like instead of getting a ride to a close place you should walk! Drink plenty of milk and also walk at least an extra mile a day! I'm 16 and I've being having problems with keeping weight! I'm six foot six and I only way 170 pounds and now I know why! Ckuz all the stuff I suggested is the things I do! But if you try to ima let you know resulst vary because everyones body works different!
