Eating really healthy, doing aerobic conditioning exercises like running or swimming and doing light resistance and toning stuff like pilates and yoga!. ALso getting in the sun!. Eat all natural diet, cut out most of the meat!. Get flexible too!. Maybe tonight try ab plank holds, focus on squeeziing the abs!. And also holding the puhsups position !. look up the basic pilates movements and just start doing them, keep adding what you think will help you!. Really important is to jog or swim , for a nice toosh you may need to do some squats, one legged dumbell deadlifts, or sumo dealifts, to build a little bum muscle!. Eat leafy greesn and whole grains more, ususally these arre missing form people s diets!. Yo don't need to eat salads though look up good recipes!. also you may need more legumes and cut out the meat, its fattening!. ALso have one cheat day a week but keep the other days super strict and don't go off the deep end on the cheat day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
